Community Early Learning Australia (CELA) is the peak body for Australia’s early and middle childhood education sector. PR 4 THE PPL was engaged as consultants on a number of technical writing projects, including a booklet on media and marketing tips for early learning professionals and childcare centre managers. Another project involved devising a brochure for a new cloud-based HR package CELA offers professionals in the field.
